one year anniversary

Today is the one year anniversary of me discovering that I was pregnant. Amazing to imagine that one year later I have this fully conscious, joyous, and gorgeous being attached to my hip. One year ago, those zygots were rapidly multiplying, and now I have this squealing, kicking, sparkling being. It seems now that her face has always been with me.
Honestly, when I realized I was pregnant, there was quite an air of uncertaintly around how things would unfold. That said, there was not one moment that I wasn't positive that I knew that this spirit coming through was a true blessing.
